Q.I have some queries before I choose a Hosting Plan. Can you help?

A.Every new customer is automatically given an account in our support system. Simply login via SeenWorks.net or via your cPanel Home page to raise support tickets. We are commited to providing the best support possible for our customers.
Q.What information is available on managing cPanel?
A.cPanel has comprehensive online help and SeenWorks is developing its own New User Guide.
Q.How difficult is it to install a program such as a Forum?
A.Installation is straight-forward. You are prompted for a few pieces of information then installation and creation of files and a database is automatic, taking only seconds. You are able to login to your new program almost immediately.
Q.What happens when a new version of a program is released?
A.cPanel can notify you whenever an upgrade is available. You should always upgrade as soon as possible because new versions have better security and functionality. If you have not modified program files, then upgrading is a 'one click' operation.
Q.I would like to add items to a program page and substitute my own graphics in an automatically-installed program. How will this affect future automatic upgrades?
A.An upgrade will overwrite old files except database / configuration files. Generally speaking you should keep a record of all your modifications and apply them again after an automatic upgrade. If done methodically this need not be a long process.
Q.How do I find out about running and modifying a program such as a Content Management System or Forum etc..?
A.There is a massive amount of information available online. Most programs have a support forum where you can tap into the combined wisdom of the program's developers and people who have been using your program for years! Links are shown on each program's auto-installation page.
Q.What is bandwidth?

Q.Do you offer a trial period?
A.The way to try out our hosting service is to take out a monthly subscription. If you decide not to continue with your hosting plan then just cancel your PayPal subscription before the next payment is due. At the same time please contact Support to let us know your decision and perhaps provide us with some feedback if you can. To cancel a PayPal subscription please see the next item.
Q.How do I cancel?
A.We are at a loss to know why anyone would ever want to cancel :o), but ....PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your PayPal account, clicking the 'History' tab and selecting the required subscription. For your convenience we are also providing this PayPal secure link. You should cancel as close as possible to the subscription renewal date since your website, control panel and email will stop working as soon as you cancel. Please also ensure you have backups or copies of all your files before cancelling. NOTE that we do not offer part refunds of annual (discounted) subscriptions.
